Over see and supervise electrical installations of new plant systems. Maintain plant wide processing and existing electrical systems. Main duties include, but not limited to, PLC troubleshooting, PLC programming, and advising electricians with repair for complex situations.
Repair and maintain all machinery and equipment for creamery production plant. Responsibilities include; maintenance of all production lines, plant wide pneumatics, welding, machining, hydraulics, programming PLCs, VFDs and instrumentation malfunctions and all electrical applications.
Maintain and repair all equipment and machinery for creamery production plant. Duties included but not limited to; welding, writing programs for PLCs, reading schematics and ladder logic, machining, repairing hydraulics, and pneumatics and electrical installation.
Repair and maintain plastic injection molding machines and all other plant systems. Duties include repairing power distribution, water chillers, PLC’s, hydraulics, trouble shooting for mechanical and electrical systems. Some equipment used was sonic welders and knowledge of machining.
Repair and maintain all electrical systems on SH2F helicopter. Such as: automatic stabilization, all navigational systems, and weapons systems. Troubleshoot for mechanical and electrical problems. Also shop supervisor and responsible for quality control.
Major: Maintenance Technology.
Course of study: Electricity theory and
application, machine tool operation, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics,
refrigeration, motor controls, electrical wiring, and PLCs.
Minor: General education (GPA: 4.0)
Certificate in industrial maintenance.
